resulted in the rapid certification of ISO-9002 to our newly opened factory
in China during 1999. Then the factory received the ISO-9001:2000
certification again in 2002. ARC Electro operates the entire process of
R&D, stamping, molding, assembly, coating, inspection, and testing to
the most stringent standard to assure the most efficient process at the

and Support to our customer is a top priority to our customers. In
addition to the five hundred employees in the China factory, ARC-Electro has
a dedicated sales and support team of 30 professionals in the Taiwan Head
Office. Our skilled team provides unprecedented after-sale support and
product application advice to our customers. The Taipei head office
received the ISO-9002 certification in 1995 (relinquished April 2002 since
all production moved to China) as a testament to our dedication
